  • CLEAN BED GUARANTEE: All linens are washed and bleached every time for the highest sanitation requirements. Gold Star washes all high-quality linens before each new guest's arrival. This includes every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel every time. Gold Star uses high-heat commercial washers and dryers and select EPA and environmentally safe detergents and bleach. Gold Star has specialized procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure no cross-contamination.
  • PROFESSIONAL CLEANING: Units are professionally cleaned by in-house cleaners assigned to the same property each time. Eco-friendly, approved chemicals are used to clean and disinfect before each new guest arrives. Linens are laundered using high-heat commercial washers and dryers. After cleaning, inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure it meets Gold Star White Glove Treatment standards.

Cancellation Policy

  • RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), 100% of the rent paid is refunded. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee.
