  • CLEAN BED GUARANTEE: All linens are washed and bleached every time for sanitation. Linens include every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel. Gold Star uses commercial washing machines and dryers and EPA-approved detergents and bleach. Soiled linens are kept separate to prevent cross-contamination.
  • PROFESSIONAL CLEANING: Units are cleaned by full-time, professional cleaning staff employed by Gold Star, not by third-party cleaning companies. Eco-friendly approved chemicals are used to clean and disinfect before each new guest’s arrival. Inspectors evaluate every unit after cleaning to ensure it meets Gold Star standards.

Cancellation Policy

  • RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations at least 30 days before arrival (60 days for long-term monthly rentals) are refunded 100% of rent paid, except for non-refundable fees (including booking fee and purchased travel insurance). Travel insurance is recommended.
